Dylan Leary founded Love Farms on Cape Cod in 2020, determined to provide organic and healthy foods to a wider community. Dylan’s team works tirelessly to grow a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, and herbs. The farm also provides a home for humanely-raised chickens and pigs.

Our STory
Pelham Farms was founded in 2020 in conjunction with the Pelham House Resort.
Find our self-serve, cash only farm stand at 39 Indian Pond Road in West Dennis, MA. Eggs are always available in the stand, and produce is available seasonally via pre-order.
